The Magic Of Mindfulness|Crystal Castle

Our intention at Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens is to offer every visitor a magical experience and the opportunity to feel at peace and free from the outside world. Many of our visitors describe they “forget about the outer world for a moment” while becoming very aware of their surroundings.

But what exactly is mindfulness, anyway?

The magic of mindfulness rests in its ability to support us in becoming aware of our surroundings, thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations. Being mindful allows us to reflect on our experiences without passing judgement, which can lead to greater calm, clarity, and wellbeing.

Through regular practice, mindfulness can assist us in developing greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of our own thought patterns and emotional responses. As we learn to observe our experiences without judgement, it can also assist us in developing a deeper feeling of compassion for both ourselves and others. Through practising mindfulness, we can develop a deeper sense of joy and contentment in our lives and learn to live in the present moment more gracefully and easily.

You can practise mindfulness in a variety of ways, including through meditation, nature walks, and paying attention to and taking deep breaths throughout the day. We have created several opportunities for you to “drop into the present moment” here at Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens:

– Walk mindfully trough the Bamboo Avenue;
– Attend our Crystal Sound Healing and Crystal Intention experiences;
– Sit with the Blessing Buddha;
– Walk our Reflexology Path;
– Sit by the Bodhi Tree;
– Walk the Damanhur Spiral;
– Walk through the Rainforest Walk, listening to the sounds of nature;
– Be present with how many species of wildlife you can hear or spot.

A haven for the mind, body, and spirit, the Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens is a place of calm, tranquillity, and beauty.

Come and discover the wonders of mindfulness! Choose a peaceful area, take a long, calming breath and allow yourself to be completely present in this moment.
