Warehouse Supervisor

An exciting opportunity for a motivated, professional Warehouse Supervisor to join our amazing team in the Byron Bay hinterland!

The tranquil Shambhala Gardens are filled with walks, sacred statues, areas for contemplation, and interactive experiences.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. This position will assist the Warehouse Manager in supplying and stocking Crystal Castle with current and new stock ranges, including ordering and receiving stock from our suppliers; pricing and grading crystals; dispatching online orders (international and domestic); restocking Crystal Castle’s retail stores; and warehouse organisation.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2 years+ experience in a similar role
  • Crystal knowledge
  • Good knowledge of freight/transport services
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Valid forklift licence
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite including Docs and Sheets

Essential Duties

  • Assisting in receiving international and domestic orders, including buying, shipping, unpacking and checking against invoice
  • Ensuring the Crystal Castle is fully stocked 
  • Ensuring all products are being organised and warehoused in a practical, functional and protective manner
  • Communicating and reporting to the Warehouse and Retail Purchasing Manager regarding any tasks to be undertaken
  • Grading and pricing crystal stock
  • Managing orders and incoming shipments
  • Managing and tracking outgoing shipments
  • Stock handling

The Guest Sales and Support position provides high-quality customer service, ensuring guests experience a pleasant and attractive sales environment and have an enjoyable buying experience. This role includes working in a mix of retail areas, our experiences, and the Welcome Hut ticket booth.

Cafe All-Rounder

The Lotus Cafe is entirely vegetarian with a focus on healthy alternatives.  We are looking for casual staff 2-3 shifts per week, with additional shifts available in the school holidays.
